Less is more
This motto accompanies us from the vineyard to bottling.
Our wines undergo a natural process: fermentation takes place spontaneously in concrete barrels, followed by a 12-month aging process in small wooden barrels. To allow the wines to stabilize naturally, they remain in the cellar for 2 winters. This enables us to consciously avoid filters and unnecessary fining agents in order to bring the character of our vineyards unadulterated into the bottle.
